Each apartment has a bedroom, a kitchen and a bath with shower. There is 1 double bed and 1 pull out sofa bed in each studio so it can accommodate up to 4 adults.
The kitchens are completely equipped including dishwasher, washing machine, cooking amenities, cutlery, plates, refrigerator and microwave oven.
There are ironing facilities in the flats. Bed linen and towels are provided.
The building has an elevator/lift. Air conditioning is available, but not included in the price.
FIELD LOCATION
The apartment are placed in district 5, one of the best quarters of Budapest. The apartments are located 100 m from Ferenciek square ( M3 metro stop). Veres Palne street is parallel with Vaci utca and within 2 minutes walk from the Danube. The apartments are close to the main tourist attractions, shops, restaurants, pubs, either by walk or by public transport.

PAYMENT: Only cash payment upon arrival. No credit cards or cheques accepted.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
We reserve the right to request security deposit in case of group reservations or at least 4 guests staying in the same apartment. The safety deposit is 50EUR/guest and required to be paid at check-in. It will be refund if the apartment has been returned in the condition guests occupied upon arrival and landlord agrees that no damage had been caused, company policy had not been broken.
