Great hostel with excellent friendly helpful staff. I had a medical issue during my 3 day stay and the staff were super helpful in assisting me with phoning taxis, telling me where the nearest pharmacy was etc. Great location near lots of great eateries and bars with Little India and Chinatown on your doorstep. Great value for money.

Hotel is situated in George Town, very close to the ferry or jetty bus stand. Many places to see are at walkable distance. The rooms are very small the staircases are narrow. For seniors it is very difficult. Alice, was very helpful and assisted in maps and routes.

It was a satisfactory stay. The room was nice, comfortable bed and good A/C. The only thing that kind of ruined it for us was that the rooms had no sound proofing. Every morning at 5am we were woken up by the mosque call to prayer, even with ear plugs in. I left feeling not well rested. The bathrooms are also kind of run down
