I want to thank every staff member for making my journey so memorable to Snowdonia. They are one of the nicest staff I have met during my journeys. They have great knowledge of the routes to Mt Snowdon, so definitely helped to have a chat with them if there are doubts. The breakfast is great too. The only minor issue I faced was that the showers don't have enough pressure, otherwise everything was top notch. Thanks again to the staff, you are brilliant!

Before reception opens at 5pm, there might not be staff there to let you store your bags. Luckily we ran into someone who was able to help us and had a wonderful afternoon exploring the town before checking in. Keep in mind if you are walking up the hill with lots of luggage. Great stay and beautiful place with tons to do within walking distance.

The staff were great - chatty, friendly, helpful. The shower had some hair on the floor but overall was fine. The beds were really comfortable and the bedding clean. Would definitely recommend.
