Casa Grande Surf Hostel associated to Hostelling International, is the ideal place to get to know the island of Tenerife. We are located on the seashore of El Medano, a coastal village only 5 minutes from Tenerife South airport, with sunny weather all year round and a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere, with beautiful walks along the coast and open-air seafront bars to enjoy a drink.

In addition to accommodation, we provide our guests with free sports and beach equipment, including surfboards and wetsuits. Feel free to contact us for information about surf, windsurfing, kitesurfing, and wingfoil courses, as well as other activities such as excursions, hiking, language classes, barbecues, and parties. We’ll be happy to assist you!

Poor. Wouldn’t recommend, it was very dirty and staff didn’t turn up to give back money for deposits on day of check out.

I have stayed here many times as the location is unbeatable. This was my first time staying in the girls only dorm and was surprised to find there is no lock on the door. While the hostel seems relatively safe, not being able to lock the door seems questionable. The rooms get really hot, even in may, and would benefit from fans. We couldn’t open the window before 11pm due to guests smoking weed on the balcony.

Good for hobos or homeless very old people who dont like tourism action and like to drink much alcohol. Almost spanish people, who do like coming from other countries.
