Located in a very central area –only 2 minutes walk to the beach and center where you have access to all your essential needs. Our property is almost ready to meet all your accommodation needs with a wide range of budgets from basic to luxury style(Dormitory and private).A communal area to meet the people and a climbing frame to exercise are provided in the property’ compound. Friendly, courteous and informative staffs with excellent English will host you to enjoy your moments in this paradise island. Seven different types of rooms are provided in 3 different main buildings as follows:

Rooms and facilities

1.Basic private room with fan. It is a kind of very basic and lowest accommodation type in our property,located on the ground floor of first building. En-suite with Fan,TV, cable satellite,digital safety box and hot shower.

2.Standard private room with Air conditioned. Located on first floor of first building. En-suite with Air conditioned,TV, cable satellite,digital safety box ,hair dryer and hot shower.

3. Standard 8 beds mixed dorm. Our spacious dorm rooms are quite big with a wide space between very solid bunk beds( Don’t be worried the beds to be shaking!!!!). En-suite with Air conditioned, Fan, locker, reading light and power plugs for each person .2 toilets and 2 showers in hot/cold are provided for each dorm room.Newly renovated at Nov 02,2015. These room types are adjacent and located on second building.

4. Deluxe 8 beds mixed dorm. Filled with modernized amenities and attached with very hygienic bathroom. En-suite with Air conditioned, ceiling fan, hair dryer, locker ,hot shower, reading light, power plug and mini desk for each person. Our newly added this room type are Quite luxury and comfortable and designated for those who liked to chill out very comfortably.

5. Deluxe 6 beds mixed dorm. Located on 2nd and 3rd floor and completely similar with the above dorm type .
6. Deluxe Double room with balcony. With own balcony, designated in luxury condition with modernized amenities and located on 2, 3 and 4th floors. En-suite with Air conditioned, ceiling fan, fridge, Sofa, desk, hair dryer, electric kettle, complimentary bottled water and hot shower. Quite luxury and comfortable!!!
7.Deluxe Triple Room. One double bed and one single bed, designated in luxury condition with modernized amenities and located on 2, 3 and 4th floors. En-suite with Air conditioned, ceiling fan, fridge, Sofa, desk, hair dryer, digital safety box, electric kettle, complimentary bottled water and hot shower.

***Deluxe type accommodations are located on the third building where front desk locates.***

Six different networks are non-stop provided for wifi access in the whole area of property. Reception runs 24 hours and provide ticketing service for boat, bus, train and plain to any destinations. 15 CCTVs covered our property’ security.

Terms & Conditions
1.Key deposit 500 baht per person for dorm type will be asked to pay on check in but that amount is refundable on check out in exchange for returned key.
2.Check in is 02:00 pm.Check out is 12:00 pm.Late check out will be fined as 100 baht per hour for dorm and 250 baht for private room.
3.Payment by card can be done for purchasing over 1000 baht only with an additional 4 percent.
4.For dorm type,towels will be provided with a deposit of 100 baht plus laundry fee of 50 baht.
5.The rules and principles of the hostel will need to be followed rightly by the guests and violations will be fined.
6.The reception runs from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm.
7.Modification on booking will be allowed without any charge only 72 hours prior to arrival date. And this process can be done with only confirmation by the property.
8.Please be noted that the transaction via credit card will be charged by the property under the account named Khun Ying House.
9.Basic and Standard private room types will be placed at the building no.1 named Amonrada.
10.For Dorm type accommodation,the air conditioning will be cut off between 12:00 pm -17:00pm in order to save power resources which are undergoing on the island.
11.The booking over 2paxs for the dorm type will be only in the same room depending on the availability of the arrival date.
