We are not a party hostel: We offer a calm, relaxed environment. If you're looking for nightlife, this might not be your vibe.

No Group Bookings: We do not accept groups of more than 4 people, even if booked separately and arriving together. These bookings will be canceled without refund of your deposit. Please respect this policy.

Age Limit: Guests in shared rooms must be under 45 years old.

Check-out: By 11:00 AM

Reception Hours:

09:00 AM – 9:00 PM (English)

9:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Spanish only)

Late Arrivals: Please notify us in advance if arriving after 11:00 PM.

Quiet Hours: After 10:00 PM

Luggage Storage: Available until 5:00 PM before check-in and after check-out.

Non-Smoking Property

Alcohol is allowed in moderation (no high volume alcohol)– Loud or disruptive behavior related to drinking is not permitted. Chillout is a calm, social space – not a party hostel.

Maximum Stay: 14 nights

Cancellation Policy: Free cancellation up to 2 days before arrival.
