Sleep Your Way – Comfort Meets Budget

Choose from private ensuite rooms or budget-friendly dorms (4 to 12 beds) with shared facilities. Each dorm bed comes with a reading light, free locker (bring your own lock or rent one at reception), and cozy bedding – already made for you! Linen is included, so you can travel light.

Fuel Up for the Day

Start your morning with our Bavarian breakfast buffet for just €7. Served daily from 7:00 to 10:00 a.m. in our dedicated restaurant area, it’s packed with traditional German favorites and plenty of tasty options to kickstart your day.

Hang Out, Chill Out

Arriving early? Drop your bags in our free luggage room (subject to availability) or rent a secure locker. Then head to our bar, open daily from 6 p.m. until late. We proudly one of the few hostels in the city that serve Hofbräu, Munich’s most iconic beer, straight from the tap – and you can enjoy it on our terrace, affectionately known as the smallest beer garden in town. It’s also a designated smoking area.
Our bar is more than just drinks – it’s a social hub. Watch live sports on giant screens, play free Wii games, shoot pool, or just vibe with fellow travellers over cocktails, Italian coffee, or a glass of wine. Let our bartenders hook you up with something special!

Staff were friendly as my bed was comfy. The only problem was the showers. There was nowhere to hang anything and no where to get dressed. The shower were too small and wet to get dressed in.

Hostel was generally okay and in a very good location near to the station. Bar is nice with a good atmosphere too. My only issue came with my pillow having large amounts of mould on it, which I only noticed after I had slept on it for 2 nights. I went to one of the cleaners and asked to change it for another pillow, where he told me there is nothing he can do about it and handed me another cover for the pillow. When I tried to tell him that mould could make you very ill he wasn't phased.

If you're looking for a nice hostel close to public transport links, the 4You is perfect; just a five minute walk from both the main train station and the suburban railway stop. Both downtown Munich and the Augustine beer garden are close by, and the free breakfast is "amazing".
