The hostel is clean and of good standards but we had some issues with the service and staff help. First the vending machine does not give back change, which is frustrating. Second the bathroom door is essentially see through even in the mixed rooms and faces the beds of other guests as well, making it uncomfortable to shower. On the first night of our stay, we returned to our room to find a man staying in our female-only dorm. We immediately went to reception to report the issue, and the hostel acknowledged the mistake by moving him elsewhere.However, the situation became even more unacceptable when, on our second night during our stay, a male guest was once again placed in our female-only dorm.

it seems there's no rules in this hostel. people screaming in corridors at 3am. there's no privacy in the rooms as the shower cabin in the room didn't have a lock from inside. the AC was working but for some reason every time we arrived at the room it was off, so the room was always hot, taking much more time to cool it down so we could sleep. it's not an expensive hostel I know, but even for the price paid, it felt expensive for the experience.
