Located by the Vasaparken Park in central Stockholm, this hostel offers brightly decorated rooms. Free Wi-Fi. Odenplan Metro Station is a 5-minute walk away.

The soundproofed rooms at Hostel Dalagatan have underfloor heating and either shared or private bathrooms. Bed linen is included in all rooms. Towels are included only for the private rooms.

Guests can prepare their meals and watch TV in the fully equipped guest kitchen.


Drottninggatan shopping street is 500 metres away. Stockholm Central Station is a 15-minute walk from Dalagatan Hostel.

NEVER stay in a mixed dorm here as a woman. As others mention, mostly old creepy men in this hostel and a lot of rooms without windows that smell. Got harrased by a men and left the hostel early. But 10/10 staff that moved me to the womans dorm when I said that I felt uncomfortable and also ensured me that they will kick out the men when I told them what happened per mail after changing hostel. Feel bad for leaving a bed review bc the staff is so nice, but don't stay here :(

There was absolutely no ventilation in the room. None at all. The air was suffocating, filled with the smell of sweat and socks. The room was so small and without any ventilation that you can imagine trying to sleep all night while surrounded by such air, plus the constant noise of other people snoring. I only want to point out the negative aspects, since others already write enough about the positives. It was very disappointing that there was no reception or staff available during the night. A

Old creepy men who permanently live there, they spend all day in the kitchen/common area sitting around watching tv. Upon entering was met by an old man wearing ragged, sweat stained clothes, who just grunted at us and pointed at the signs on the front desk, which include a list of everyone whose checking in that nights name and room number (quite unsafe). When emailing the hostel about concerns they replied very unprofessionally and did not address any issues only called us the problem.
