Potae's House

Potae's House is a nice budget and chilled hostel. It's located in the old city with convenient location: a 2-minute walk to Wat Chiang Man (a famous oldest temple of Chiang Mai), a 5-minute walk to Chang Puak Gate where is a local food market, a Doi-Suthep taxi stand and a famous North Gate Jazz co-op bar, Sunday walking street and Tha Pae Gate can reached within 10 minutes by foot. Nice cafes are all around the property. A great vegetarian restaurant just 1 minute down the road. Guests can enjoy free hot beverages 24 hours.

Potae's House offers a 10-capsule bed mixed dorm, a 6-capsule bed female dorm, a 6-capsule bed mixed dorm and a double room with king bed. Every rooms come with air conditioners and shared bathroom. We also have a tour desk and a motorbike rental at the hostel.

The dorm rooms are furnished with bunk beds, comfy mattresses with linens and balcony. Clean towels are free for all guests. Each bed in dorm room comes with curtain, a private reading light, power socket and personal locker. The shared bathrooms are also equipped with hot shower, shampoo and shower gel and free toiletries.

Toasts, fruits and hot beverages are available every morning for free. Fridge and microwave are available on site. Our reliable and helpful staffs will be more than happy to give you a lot of tour information and it's free of charge, let us help you to organize booking tour with discount and transportation tickets.

Property Policy and Conditions:

1). 3 days advance notice for free cancellation.

2). Our check in time is 14:00 and check out time is between 07:00 - 12:00 noon.

3). Guests can drop off their bags at the lobby until check in time or have an early check in if bed is available from 12pm (available for only dorm rooms).

4). Please note that we turn off the air conditioners in dorm room from 12:00 pm - 15:00 daily to cleaning up the room, open the windows for fresh air and to avoid the smelly in the room.

5). Front desk service is open from 07:00 am to 21:00 pm, guests who wish to check in after 21:00, please contact the hostel directly using the contact details provided in the confirmation email. Check out before 07:00 am please inform in advance.

6).We accept cash and card payment with 3% charge upon arrival.
