Spicy Hostel is a smaller sized hostel, with a chilled vibe, giving you the chance to really connect with other travelers and become part of our extended family. We just want to make sure everyone gets along, enjoys their stay, checks out this beautiful city, chill if they want to or party their hearts out on the cheap drinks- All in a safe and highly clean environment for all guests to feel at home and comfortable in.
The staff at Spicy Hostel are all young local and international people who are outgoing, fun, ready to show you a good time in 'Pest, yet still have a professional manner. We are very knowledgeable about our city and all its hot spots; and are more than willing to sit down and show them to you on a map, or even join you for one of our patented walks around the city. We love this city and want you to enjoy it just as much as we do! We want to make sure you are more than just another number and become part of our little family.
We have an extensive social program and we are located in the heart of Budapest, directly on the only 24 tram line in the city. We are within walking distance from most major attractions such as the Jewish quarter, Central Market, Deak Square, St. Stephen's Basilica, Thermal bath houses, the Citadel, and much more. Also the main nightlife district, the jewish quarter, is practically in our back yard. We are also situated on the corner of the an up and coming district as well.
For those who like to prepare their own meals we have a fully equipped kitchen, and there is the district market hall right next to the hostel; however, if you like eating out, ask the staff for the best places to go, there are plenty in the area.
We like to keep things in order so we do have quiet hours after 10pm for people who would like to sleep. Budapest is known for its party scene and we will run nightly events; such as pub-crawls, bus parties, and even boat parties, if you want to feel the vibrant late night scene of the city.
