Spicy Hostel is a family-style hostel where it’s easy to connect with other travelers and feel part of our community. Whether you want to party hard in Budapest’s famous nightlife or enjoy a relaxed but social atmosphere back at the hostel, Spicy lets you do both. At Spicy you get the local experience, we know the best local bars and food spots for you to have a truly authentic and local experience in Budapest!

Activities
We offer a wide range of free activities, from pub crawls and boat parties to family dinners and movie nights, making it easy to meet people and create unforgettable memories. Our spacious common area is the heart of the hostel, the perfect place to hang out with other guests, share stories, play games, or relax together.

Our staff are just like you: young, passionate travelers who love exploring new places and meeting new friends. We’re determined to make sure you have the best possible stay and leave Budapest with stories you’ll never forget!

Location
The hostel is centrally located on the city’s only 24-hour tram line, making it easy to get around at any time, day or night, we’re also just a 15-minute walk from the infamous nightlife area! There is also a metro station right outside our building. Our neighborhood is full of cozy cafés, authentic Hungarian restaurants, and local bars.

spicy was the very best hostel I had ever stayed with! Annika was the best tour guide, rique planned the best local bar night where everyone felt included ! isadora and Alejandro always made everyone feel included and connected, also this hostel felt cleaner than my own house with the amount of times they were cleaning ! book this hostel if you want social, family feeling !
