Home Away Homestay

Home Away is convenient place for you to rest for a while after your long- exhausting day. The homestay is located in center of Ho Chi Minh city, District 1, so it takes 5-10 minutes maximum to walk around; only 1 minutes walk to the famous Bui Vien walking street.

We are friendly and provide standard rooms, which are deigned with the modern style and provide a nice comfortable bed for your sleep. It has modern elevator so to access to your room is no problem. There are 5 types of room during your stay:
- Queen room: This room is 16 m2, 1 bed room for 1- 2 people
- Queen room with window: same as queen room with window.
- Triple Bedroom: The room is 30 m2. It has 2 beds: 1 single and 1 double bed. It can occupy 3 people, and a nice city-view balcony.
- Studio Apartment with Balcony & Kitchen: This is a Queen-size bed, with nice balcony and kitchen facilities. The Studio is 30 m2.
- Luxury Studio Apartment with windows, Balcony & Kitchen: This is the luxury studio which has 2 side windows, nice Balcony with city street view, and Kitchen Facilities. The studio is 30 m2.

All the rooms are connected with fast internet on each floor, equipped with modern TV with Netflix or Cable TV, the fridge, hair dryers, and prepared basic toiletries. There will be a shared kitchen with microwave, water boilers. There are additional fees for cleaning, laundry service, and drinks

Cancellation policy: 1 day before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.
Check in from 14:00 to 23:00.
Check out until 12:00 .
24 hours reception.
Payment upon arrival by cash.

We do not serve Breakfast.
No curfew. Freely in and out the house anytime.
Child friendly.
Non smoking except for outside or at the balcony.
No noise after 22:00.
