⚠️Property Terms & Policies⚠️
1) PLEASE READ ROOM/BED DESCRIPTIONS CAREFULLY WHEN YOU BOOK. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ROOM TYPE BOOKED AS WE WILL LIKELY BE TOO FULL DURING FULL MOON PARTY TO CHANGE ROOM TYPES ON ARRIVAL.
2) Check-in from 14:00
3) Check out Before 11:00
4) Reception working hours: 10:30 to 21:00 (We are open 24 hours during full moon)
If you will arrive at the hotel after 20:00, please let us know in advance.
5) Remaining Payment on Arrival: Cash (credit card available for emergencies)
Credit card payments will have a 5% surcharge.
6) Cancellation:
- NONREFUNDABLE bookings: You will be charged in full for your booking, even in the event of cancellation. The deposit of these bookings is non-refundable. - REFUNDABLE bookings - cancelled free outside of 7 days. Inside 7 days will be 100% of total cost if cancelled.
7) Breakfast is not included.
8) NO smoking in rooms but smoking on balconies and public areas permitted. Please be respectful.
9) No-show or late cancellation will be charged 100% of total booking cost! If you cannot come, please notify us ASAP to allow someone else to potentially book your space and possibly save you Non-refundable charges!
10) Non-refundable booking: To secure your reservation, we need your CVV code and POSTAL code -OR- a deposit payment. Please provide your CVV code and postal code along with your booking reference to guarantee your reservation. If we cannot charge the provided card, we will reach out to arrange alternative payment. If there is no reply within 72 hours, this booking cannot be guaranteed.
