Cancellation policy:

If cancellation occurs more than 8 days before the check-in date, 100% of the rental prepayment will be refunded.
If cancellation occurs 7 days or less before the check-in date, a penalty of 50% of the rental amount will be applied.
In case of no show, the tourist will lose 100% of the rental amount.
There will be no refunds if the client voluntarily withdraws from the services before

Non-refundable rate:

Reservations made under the non-refundable rate will not allow cancellations or modifications. In the event of cancellation, modification or no-show, the client will lose 100% of the amount paid for the reservation.
