Designed with remote workers in mind, our villa also warmly welcomes anyone looking to enjoy green surroundings, beautiful beaches, and a calm space close to Hiriketiya.

As you step into our beautiful outdoor space, you’ll immediately notice the outside shower surrounded by greenery and bamboo, creating a natural, serene retreat. A picnic table awaits, perfect for savoring your morning coffee while soaking in the peaceful surroundings. There’s plenty of parking space available, whether you arrive by car or tuk-tuk.

To relax, you’ll find a cozy hammock, a soft beanbag, and a papasan chair. Ideal spots to lose yourself in a good book, enjoy your favorite music, or simply cherish a quiet moment in our tranquil garden.

Location: You will find yourself in the location where balance is key. Close to Hiriketiya beach (15min walk) but away from the noise. Surrounded by jungle but on very accessible roads. You will be part of a village but don’t have to worry about your privacy.

Comfort: Choice between brand new A/C or Fan (or both). Queensize bed for tall people. Brand new soft premium mattresses on all beds. Hotel-quality linen and towels. Duvet instead of a single sheet. Blackout curtains. Warm water.

Luxury: Private minibar. Handmade furniture: rattan desk, drawer and nightstands. Large mirror. Usb outlet. Universal outlets and universal extension cords. Two bedrooms have a balcony with stunning views. These balcony's are equipped with two specially designed veranda chairs. In the upstairs living room you will find a projector to stream your movies or any platform you like from your phone.

Perfect for working: Our internet is unlimited, reaching up to speeds of 100 mbp’s and holds up to hundreds of devices. No relogging into an extender or another source. Our brand new state of the art wifi mesh network has the complete house covered. Plenty of workspace in the house as well in the bedrooms. We designed a office with a view for you to work in the peace of the jungle.

In the living room you will notice the coffee station. In the corner under the stairs you will find a large mattress with plenty of boardgames to play. In the kitchen you will find a waterfilter. We supply carafes for you to store in your room. No need to buy and store bottles of water.
