Welcome to a different kind of space in the heart of the jungle in Tulum. Awa Eco Retreat is a conscious project built using recycled shipping containers, reclaimed materials, and creative low-impact solutions. This is NOT a luxury accommodation, it is a simple, authentic refuge connected to nature, ideal for travellers who value sustainability, tranquillity, and a more real experience over a conventional one.

Here, you’ll hear birds, wind moving through the trees, and the natural sounds of the jungle. Our approach is to live with what’s essential, reducing consumption and honouring the environment. If you are looking for marble finishes, traditional hotel service, or aesthetic perfection, this may not be the place for you; but if you seek calm, introspection, and community, you will feel at home.

The rooms are functional and comfortable within an ecological concept. Each space reflects the project’s DIY spirit, with handcrafted details and a relaxed atmosphere. We offer common areas for resting, working, meditating, or connecting with other guests.

All rooms are private, sleeps 2, bathroom inside, air con, hot water.

Awa Eco Retreat Tulum Policy and Condition:

Cancellation Policy: 3 days before arrival.In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.

Check-in from 15:00 PM to 23:00 PM
Check-out before 13:00 PM

Payment upon arrival by cash ,credit and debit card
Taxes not included: Service Fee - 250 MXN per room per stay.
Taxes not included: Country Tax - 16% per room per stay.
Breakfast not included.
