We are a small, family run hotel located in a quiet area, just 15 walking minutes from the white beaches of Playa del Carmen. and just 3 blocks from a major supermarket and local restaurants.

We offer
-- Studio rooms which all have small kitchen, a/c, Cable tv, sitting/eating area and private bathrooms with shower.
-- Budget rooms located in the adjacent building, the palapa rooms all have private bathroom and a/c, there is a common kitchen, pool and BBQ area.

Laundry service available.
Transfer service available from airport for 65 dollars.

Beautiful hotel to stay at, such unique rooms. It was nice and cool at night, lovely and clean. I really enjoyed this beautiful place. Also the pool was lovely. Away from the hustle and bustle of town, but only a 20 minute walk or a short taxi.

Great service, it's not super close to the beach, you have to walk a good 2 km but it's close to the supermarket and the bus station, its great service for what you pay, clean towels and soap

Excellent stay. Friendly staff, clean interior and exterior and very comfy bed. Atmosphere is nice and chilled, facilities are great. And the resident cat is cute.
