the people here were despicable. when I learned that the checkout was for ten and not 11:00 or 12:00 which is most hotels check out and when I expressed I might have an issue with that, because I am disabled, they actually threatened to phone the police. unbelievable. I have never been threatened to have the police enforce a check out. Pretty funny. So I am waiting for the police. and I will make sure I will google this to the max
