Great social hostel for a really good price! Beds are comfy with fans that help with the heat and the staff are super friendly and helpful! The kitchen has everything you need and it is located in a great place close to the centre of la fortuna.

Pura vibra is an interesting name for this hostel because there was a lack of vibes / atmosphere. We got told we couldn’t play our music as the hostel needed to play their own music - which they then turned off at 7pm? But aside from this, the hostel has good facilities, a big kitchen, lots of bathrooms, curtains on the beds. Annoying you can’t have a key to rooms as no lockers and someone in my room locked the door from the inside which meant I was locked out. Great location easy walk into town
