Ana is a great host. Location is at the end of a quiet street and not a far walk from the city center. The rooms were clean. Overall great value for the price :) only 2 complaints: 1. smoking area was right next to the room,so if someone was smoking, the room would temporarily smell like cigarettes. 2. The room had AC from 5pm-7am, but sometimes it wouldn’t be turned on until 5:30pm and would be off at 6am sometimes

Loved this hostell!!! The energy was so relaxing and everything was super clean. The shared dorms did not smell at all!! And I stayed in a 6 person female dorm. The only downside was how far it was from the main center of La Fortuna. It was def a long walk! But Ubers are only 2 dollors so it wasn’t bad. I also loved the free yoga def the highlight of my stay
