Hostal Emalafquen

We had an amazing stay here. Ema was so nice and really looked after us. Our room was nice - similar to a ski chalet vibe and the communal areas were clean and well equipped. The location is amazing - a couple of minutes walk to the main part of town.

Not a nice stay. You constantly have a feeling the lady who owns the house monitor each step you take and always seems annoyed that you are there. The kitchen has not been probably cleaned for years and is very dirty. When I asked for toilet paper the owner was very annoyed. In the soup dispensers there was only water. And then we had bed bugs, Lastly we were thrown out of the house the last day. Never ever had a worst experience anywhere.

This hostel was clean, spacious and in an excellent location to downtown Pucon. We were able to keep our vehicle off the street and appreciated the use of the kitchen and dining room areas.
