Overall a great stay however there is room for improvement: 1. Incorporate air conditioning as the fans are insufficient during the summers 2. Back-up power supply covering ventilation as the fans do not work when there is no electricity 3. Safety bars in the windows as the bay windows on the top floors could be easily accessed from the outside compromising safety and security

I loved my stay at Hotel Cherry Garden! The family was incredibly kind—bringing yogurt and tea when I was sick—and the rooms were clean and comfy. Great rooftop views, beautiful garden, and a peaceful location just a short walk to the lake. I felt very safe as a solo female traveler. Their trekking services were fantastic too—Madhab arranged everything perfectly, and my guide and porter were amazing. Highly recommend!
