Writing One of the worst hostels I've stayed in Australia, especially for the price. The facilities were worn out and dirty, bathrooms often had hair everywhere, rooms were tiny, and there were no bed curtains. Rooms were only cleaned once a week. Check-in was also frustrating, with the wrong amount charged and unnecessary drama over a $50 cash deposit that wasn't clearly communicated. Overall, poor cleanliness, poor service and definitely not worth the money.Only positive thing is the location

Expensive and really low standard, would give it 1 point out of 10… Loads of people in each room. Most of the roommates also lived there permanently and the room is just packed with people and things. Clothes everywhere and clothes, underwear and towels hanging all over to try out… Not impressed, will not recommend to others

Despite following early check out processes, I've not received my $50 deposit back after checking out a month ago. Multiple emails have been ignored completely so does not feel like a one off slip up. Be aware they only accept payments in cash and if you're checking out early I guess be prepared to lose this.
