BRB Hostel Bangkok Silom

Not trying to be a Rat, but these are the facts of our stay: 1. the only night we were there, found a cockroach trying to bunk with us 2. upon waking up, I went to grab my towel and clothes from the locker only to realize it was soaking wet (probably due to the AC unit above my locker but no proper way to drain the water) 3. My partners shoes were stolen from the main foyer where all guests were to leave their shoes unattended. in my opinion, they desperately need to make some changes

The male shower doors do not have hooks. I must hang my clothes outside the cubicle. They may not have male cleaners. If a female cleaner goes in, men’s modesty and privacy will be heavily compromised. It would be an insult to men. In fact, men will be offended.

Staff were miserable, zero atmosphere, had my wallet stolen on the day I was due to check out, had my room key card inside it, explained to staff on reception that my wallet had been stolen, and I had no money or access to any finances as my bank cards where also in the wallet asked for my 500 baht deposit back so I could afford taxi to airport and they deducted me 300 baht from the 500 baht deposit for loosing the room key, also room had mould and bed very uncomfy. Wouldn’t recommend
