City Backpackers Hostel

The staff is so helpful, friendly and accommodating. They're very knowledgeable and will help book some really wonderful tours (highly recommend the 2D/1N homestay option). The rooms and bathroom facilities were always clean and well-stocked with soap and paper towels. The beds have curtains and are comfortable and linens are clean. The lockers are large, there's a fan and air conditioner that you can control and the rooms feel spacious. Lots of shops and sightseeing nearby. Highly recommend!

Great location, not too far from the nightlife but also far enough away you can get a good rest. You can rent motorbikes here, and if you've bought one there's an overnight garage for 40k a day which is open until 10pm. The main reason to stay here is Elizabeth, she single handedly makes your stay feel incredible, on arrival she gives a map and marks down all the places to see and what the markets are like, very well spoken English and always happy to help. Only downside is no communal room.
