The staff is virtually non-existent. No breakfast in the morning even after paying for it. The room and price for a private was totally fair.. barring someone was actually there to let you in the building. Spent 45 minutes trying to check out but staff was gone. A gentlemen next door told me to pay him the $14 and he’d give it to the hostel.. that’s how bad this was. Ultimately, the worker came back, but wasted roughly 45 minutes as the only person staying at the location

THESE PEOPLE ARE COMPLETE SCAMMERS! I arrived & the guy told me they're completely booked despite showing him the confirmation. He ignored it & said he'll just return the deposit. I couldn't care less about the $6, every other hostel was booked. When I made a big deal about having to sleep on the street, they said they can give me a "bigger room" for $10 more (A room just magically became free?) In desperation I took it. When I entered the room, it was the same room that I had originally booked
