Ticuchi is located inside a historic Oaxacan mansion that was once home to Macedonio Alcalá, one of Oaxaca's most celebrated composers and author of the state's iconic waltz, Dios Nunca Muere.
More than a century later, this beautiful house continues bringing people together—now welcoming travelers from every corner of the world.

Reception is open daily from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
Arriving after 11:00 PM?
No problem.
Our night staff will be waiting to welcome you and escort you to your room and assigned bed so you can get some well-deserved rest after your journey.
Please note:
• Our night staff speaks Spanish only.
• After-hours service is limited to helping you access the hostel and your assigned bed.
• Your official check-in, registration, and payment will be completed at reception the following morning.
If possible, please let us know your expected arrival time in advance so we can prepare for your arrival.
