The dorm we stayed in had bedbugs the staff were aware of the bed bugs and checked 6 of us in and didn’t try and fix the problem they seemed to be ignoring the issue we got a refund eventually but after a night of bed bugs

We turned up and the staff were screaming at eachother. We were then taken to our room, comfy beds and good sized lockers, but the bedroom door didn’t shut, so the sound of the tv and people outside was very loud when trying to sleep. The pool area was nice but not very clean. We were also told we could have one free breakfast when we arrived, but it was not clear that meant for one person, even though we were a group of 4. Kitten is so cute.
