Staff were super friendly, really nice and welcoming. The food at the restaurant was really good, although we only ate the day we left as we were using the kitchen the rest of the time which was clean (even had a toaster which is rare in nicaragua!) We had seen some negative reviews but really the main bad thing was it was very quiet. Also the wifi from our room wasn't the best, but was good for the rest of the hostel. Overall we really enjoyed it!

Great location, weird vibe. There was one guy working and he was shirtless just hanging in the hammock and kitchen the whole day no reception so not sure what he does all day. The facilities were not clean. Spend the money and book somewhere else.

Like a home. The staff is really great ! The beds are comfortable and the space upstairs to do yoga, fitness or just read is cool. The closest from the surf spot and a lot of restaurant around. Loved my stay
