We are located 5 minutes from the Plaza Mayor of Cusco, we are 2 minutes from the Plaza de San Blas, from there the adventure begins since you will have to climb the Inca stones, from the location we have a beautiful view. You have everything you need within walking distance! Supermarkets, banks, restaurants, bars, the well-known San Blas Market and the San Pedro market, public transportation. Everything you need is just walking and a short distance away, enjoying the beautiful streets that preserve history. The area is very safe and the reception is open 24 hours for you, so you can check in at any time you want.

Haku Hostel is perfect for any type of traveler. We have bedrooms with private bathrooms and shared bathrooms with 4, 6 and 8 capsule beds, which will give you privacy. Each space has its own outlet and light so that your rest is not interrupted. You can enjoy all the necessary services to recharge your batteries and socialize after your trips. In addition, we have a warm and tasteful bar where you can enjoy delicious breakfast and make your nights fun and have a good atmosphere with a good view. We have common areas such as: games room, TV room, a store where you will find everything you need.

Cancellation policy: 48h before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.

Don’t stay at this hostel - it was very unclean, staff are not helpful, breakfast is not good. The rooms smelt awful, and the bathroom flooded during our stay and made the whole room wet. When we asked to move rooms, despite no one else really staying here, they said no. No atmosphere here, maybe some ghost town vibes.

I don’t leave reviews, but this was one of the worst hostel experiences I have had over the last few years. There are 3 toilets for the entire property (approx. 40 people), there was one shower that is not mounted so you can’t stand under the water. Both nights & most of the day the entire living area had no running water (their reserve runs out daily and it took 12 hours to get it back). Once I eventually took a shower, the water pressure was a light mist, and I couldn’t rinse my soap. Avoid.

I really wouldn’t recommend staying here. The place felt run-down and far from clean, with staff who didn’t seem interested in helping at all. Breakfast was disappointing, the rooms had a strong unpleasant smell, and the bathroom was constantly flooded. Everywhere you go, there’s damp and mould lingering in the air, and the whole building is badly in need of an update. On top of that, there was zero atmosphere, no effort to make it social or fun like you’d expect from a hostel.
