*Mandatory: Please bring and show your original passport or Colombian identification for check-in.
Check-in: 15:00 - 23:00
Check-out: before 11:00

Remember to check the cancellation or modification policies from your reservation on the platform you booked:
*You have up to 48 hours before arrival at the hostel to cancel or modify your reservation in any room category. If you do not report the change before this time or do not show up, we will have to charge the first night of your reservation to the credit card on file.
*If you are arriving after 23h, let us know via e-mail, your reservation will be cancelled automatically at that time.

*Taxes: Residents in Colombia must pay a VAT of 19% on the value of their stay. This value does not appear in the final rate of the reservation. Foreigners and non-resident Colombians are exempt from VAT only if the purpose of their trip is: (a) to receive medical treatment, (b) rest or leisure activities as tourists, (c) to attend or participate in cultural, scientific or , sports, conventions or business, (d) tourist groups in maritime transit of a cruise ship. For this purpose, the passport must be stamped with the TP code with a validity of 90 days.

*Note: We have a luggage room at reception, you may store your personal items in case you arrive before check-in time or leave after check-out time.
