Cancellation policy: You can cancel or modify your reservation up to 48 hours before arrival. After this period or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

• If arriving after 23:00, please notify us in advance to avoid automatic cancellation.
• Colombian residents must pay 19% VAT, not included in the rate.
• Guests must be over 18 years old.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Beds are not pre-assigned; groups must contact the hostel in advance to request the same dorm.
• Payment can be made in cash or card. The property may pre-authorize your card before arrival.
• Luggage storage is available if you arrive early or depart late.
• Breakfast is not included but can be purchased in advance or at reception.
