I got overbooked during one of the busiest weekend in Sydney, so when I showed up they had no place for me. I had to book a last minute thing and everything affordable was sold out. When I tried to understand why, they just told me that I wasn't the only one, their system is problematic... But I was kinda glad I didn't get to stay, in a way, because the place was dirty, there was cockroaches in the main areas, and some guests were really rude, being loud and taking the whole space.
