We stayed in Family Hostel for 3 nights and would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a chilled, friendly atmosphere! The staff were great - very warm, welcoming and happy to talk to us about the area and their recommendations in Santiago. The location is great too - a short walk or metro to the centre. The hostel was clean and the facilities are good. Bear in mind that it hasn’t been open for long and is yet to pick up much attention, so don’t expect a super social/party atmosphere.
