Good hostel for catching an early train at the Strand train station. It’s about a 5-8 minute walk.

Got double charged for a room on the 5th of August. It is now 24th Aug and they STILL haven’t refunded me. Be aware they will auto charge your card & then when you check in you may be asked to pay again - so I paid twice, not realising. Very slow communication from staff about a refund. and no one really knows what’s going on. Do better. Hostel itself is great & very modern design. Close to train station. However the mattresses are very cheap foam so can be a bit sore.

Kitchen roof leaks when it’s raining. Ovens are not well maintained or cleaned no microwave. Besides those things, it’s a great stay. Beautiful building with a unique atmosphere. Fridge and kitchen utensils included in the hostel room. Very convenient location for attending events at Spark arena. Very secure as well
