Our 18+ Hostelling International hostel is situated in a monumental building facing canals on both sides. Here you're right in the middle of town, walking distance from the Royal Palace, the train station, Waterloo Square (flea market) and at a crawling distance from the Rembrandtplein (famous for its nightlife) and the Red Light District.

We have 168 beds divided into 6-8 and 10-12 person rooms. From most rooms you will have a stunning view over ancient Amsterdam. The rooms are fitted in such a way that a feeling of privacy is guaranteed. Our reception is open 24/7 and there’s no curfew.

Our other facilities include free Wi-Fi, free bed linen, a launderette, lockers, and no curfew.

Good to know!
- We do not permit guests under the age of 18. We also do not accept group bookings of 10 or more people.
- Breakfast is not included.
- You will be given bed linen upon arrival to make your own bed. Towels are not included. These can be rented at the hostel for € 3.50per towel (or you can bring your own, of course).
- Padlocks for the luggage lockers can be bought at the desk (or you can bring your own, of course).
- Standard rooms have bunk beds.
-Tourist tax of 12,5% per night of the cost of the room, is not included. Please pay upon arrival.
- Stayokay and Hostelling International members do not receive member discount on this booking.

Stayokay Amsterdam Stadsdoelen is a cashless hostel. You can pay contactless and with all major bank and credit cards. It is not possible to pay with cash in our accommodation.
