The Elephant Hostel Policy and Conditions:
Cancellation Policy for Fully Flexible Rate: 2 day before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the full amount of your stay.
Non-refundable: Payment has to be done upon reservation is made and it is not refundable in any circumstances.
Please note that we do not offer a pay-on-arrival option. Reservations are charged prior to arrival according to our payment policy, including reservations with free cancellation. In case of Free cancellation we will refund the amount charged.
