Excellent hostel, a hostel that you can easily stay for long and lose track of time. excellent staff, loads of hammocks to chill on and so close to the beach. surf lessons are top, highly recommend

can't believe my time has come to an end in this hostel. booked 3 nights stayed 3 weeks. big shout out to juan and danida (owners) so knowledgeable of the island and brazil,always cleaning and maintaining the hostel. they are so laid back and chilled, cant thank them enough for there kindness. the hostel is 100m from the beach, you cant get closer, it has a fully equiped kitchen plenty of surf boards and wet suits. always a steady inflow of chilled friendly travellers. youll love it

I loved that I could wake up and walk to the beach. Walking to food was doable but a little bit further away. This is a good spot for surfing. It was a pretty social hostel and I made friends here. Towels for rent. Staff was very nice and helpful.
