This hostel is great for one or two nights. The rooms and kitchen are a bit small and cramped. However, the common area and bathrooms were a nice size. The staff and owners are mostly friendly! Great location so close to the main beach and restaurants in Puerto Varas.

Dorm rooms were quite small and cramped. Security was decent, small locker in dorm, main door locked at night. Location is perfect, right next to the water, main plaza, everything. Staff are friendly and helpful. Decent atmosphere. It was not that clean, particularly kitchen and dorm room, I think it would need more regular maintenance. Kitchen has no microwave. No outdoor space. But it was fairly cheap and decent value for money. I would stay for a short stay.
