Centrum House Hostel

I have to qualify this with the fact this place was the cheapest place to stay in Braşov and the staff was genuinely great but the property is a bit ramshackle, cramped not particularly clean and really lack any open common space. The kitchen is tiny, had almost no supplies and there is nowhere to chill and eat. The bathrooms weren’t particularly clean. But again it is the cheapest place to say so you get what you pay for.

Really nice place

Firstly, the room had no A/C or fan, so we kept the windows open (made the room unbearably noisy at night/morning due to the location), so it was a battle between who had earplugs and who wanted to sleep in comfort/not a stale smelly room. Secondly, it is likely one of the worst atmospheres for a hostel that I’ve ever stayed in, no common area to hang out apart from a tiny three seat balcony, people here seemingly the most strange I’ve come across. Staff were lovely ☺️, showers/toilets nice 🤟🏼.
