Disappointing stay. Rosa was kind, but overall management was dismissive and poor at handling guest concerns. A bald Dutch female volunteer appeared frustrated with basic duties and interacted with guests in a defensive, confrontational way. A simple question about extending my stay was escalated, and I was asked to leave without real communication. Also, the hostel is hard to find, multiple doors and stairs, not a welcoming first impression. Poorly managed. Definitely think before booking.

Great hostel in a great location. The staff spoke very good English and were knowledgeable about all things local. The lock on the bathroom door was broken which wasn't ideal for a mixed dorm. I was in a 6 bed dorm and it had a little kitchen facility which was handy, but no fridge.
