Orange Terrace is a charming and fun Hostel located right in the city centre just 200 metres to the beautiful beach of Albufeira and Restaurants, Shops, Supermarkets, Bars and Clubs.

The hostel has natural roof covered patio with hammock and chill out area, a spacious sunny roof terrace with lounge area and a garden with orange trees. Free Oranges all day long for freshly squeezed Orange Juice.

The Dorms have each lockers and the Private Double Room has a build-in wardrobe that can be locked.

Everything you need for a amazing holiday is just walking minutes away. Other beautiful sights like walking along the coast from one secluded beach to another are just minutes with the bus. We also offer trips like, Party Boat trips, Sunset Partys, Dolphin Watching, etc.

Great small hostel with very friendly staff. Rooms were essentially just the beds and a locker without much space, but there are many open common areas. Rooms do not have air conditioning, but did have a window and a powerful fan suffiencient for the hot weather in June. Extra fees did exist but expected hostel. Would have loved to stay for longer than one night.

I originally booked Orange Terrace Hostel for 4 nights in June 2025, but I liked it so much that I ended up extending my stay! The atmosphere is relaxed, respectful, and super welcoming. The staff are incredibly friendly, always available, and genuinely help guests feel at ease, connect and explore together.
