On the Hostelworld page for this place, it says their reception is open 24/7. I was on a night train that arrived in Lviv at 3:00 a.m. By email, I advised them that I would arrive about 3:30 a.m., which I did. The door to the building was locked. I rang the intercom for the hostel for about 15 minutes,no response. They didn’t answer the phone either. The temperature was 0 C. DREAM Hostel kindly let me sleep on a sofa, no charge. Next day, the owner said sometimes she doesn’t hear the intercom.
