Fantastic room and staff were all friendly and helpful but the kitchen area was a bit disappointing. The space itself is good and has a nice feel to it, but the cooking area could have been better looked after. But I do recognise that this is the hostellers responsibility. More crockery and cutlery would have been nice too. Very easy to walk into the city and bikes can be hired. Overall, I’d stay again

Fabulous hotel in a fabulous city. Rooms were incredible with lots of little extras - tea coffee facilities, shampoo, towels. Staff incredibly friendly and helpful. Will return.
