By far the cheapest hostel we’ve stayed at in South America, and was overall great value for money. The room was big enough for 2 and we had a clean and functional en suite with a hot shower and great water pressure. The view from the room and the kitchen was incredible. The common spaces were clean and we had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook our own food. Cons: - 25 min walk from town - Unfriendly dog - Unfriendly staff - Room full of bugs We would probably stay again for the price

The owner was not helpfull or friendly and made my girlfriend and her mom very uncomfortable. So would not recommend to female solo travelers. His dog also tried to bite my girlfriend when she walked past and another dog pissed on the rug infront of our door. He also refused to give us breakfast eventhough it was included in our reservation (also said so in the email). The view was beautiful but apart from that it was pretty bad :(
