Amazing hotel- Eason and Lucas were really helpful and planned out the entire route in the national park to hit all the best spots! Location was great as using the west gate you avoided all the crowds- huge lines going the other way. Would absolutely stay again!

No atmosphere as it’s a hotel. But great staff who are very helpful with creating an itinerary for you on the spot, arranging transport to the hotel if needed, but DiDi was cheaper, delicious food, beautiful property, affordable, and on the slower west side of the park which avoided a lot of lines!

Food was lovely and was cheap. Staff were fantastic at helping us plan our trip and made it a great experience.. it was lovely to wake up to breath taking views and away from the city. I can't recommend enough. Good English to help communicate too.. very clean and secure.. although didn't see any solo travelers , but I would still recommend if you weren't looking to meet people.. the staff is all you need.. 5*
