I loved this hotel and had a great time, perfect location, great staff. However, there was difficulty booking through hostel world - they took my deposit, told me there was a problem taking the full payment (despite money being in my account) and the hotel never received my booking confirmation - despite me getting emails with an unrecognised booking number. This made the travelling and booking in process stressful as I was travelling to the destination not knowing if I'd have somewhere to stay.
