Our rooms are ideal for guests looking for a central and safe location in downtown Monterrey, Nuevo León.
Perfect for business trips, family vacations, and tourism, we offer daily, weekly, and monthly stays.
Our rooms are fully private and located within a multi-building complex with self-check-in access. We offer accommodations for 1 to 6 guests, featuring a private full bathroom, air conditioning, a 24-inch TV, and complimentary Wi-Fi.

Adhoc Empresas Policy and Condition:
Cancellation Policy: 1 days before arrival.In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the full night of your stay.

General:
As we are a self-service accommodation, you must confirm your contact information to complete the registration process and receive your access instructions.
We offer early check-in options, subject to availability and an additional fee. If early check-in is available, we will contact you via WhatsApp on the morning of your arrival.
Early check-in rates per room:
11:00 AM – 1:00 PM: $350 MXN
1:00 PM – 3:00 PM: $200 MXN
CHILDREN POLICY
Children of all ages are welcome.
Children under 12 years old stay free of charge, provided the room's maximum occupancy is respected.
Guests must be at least 18 years old to check in.
CRIBS AND EXTRA BEDS
Due to the layout and size of our rooms, we are unable to accommodate cribs or extra beds.
PETS
Pets are welcome in selected room categories only. This service is subject to availability and requires an additional cleaning fee.
Please contact us in advance to confirm whether pets are allowed in your room category.
HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES
Your room will be thoroughly cleaned before your arrival, including fresh linens, furniture, and floors.
For stays of more than one night, you may request additional housekeeping services at the following rates:
Basic cleaning — $150 MXN per service
Bed making.
Bathroom trash removal.
Sweeping the room.
Full cleaning — $230 MXN per service
Includes all basic cleaning services.
Change of bed linens and towels.
Both services are available for an additional fee and must be requested before 11:00 AM on the day you would like them. All requests must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.
HOUSE RULES AND REGULATIONS
To ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests, please observe the following rules:
1. Smoke-free property
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside guest rooms and in all common areas. Failure to comply may result in financial penalties in accordance with applicable laws and property policies.
2. Noise and guest conduct
Excessive noise and disruptive behavior are prohibited inside and outside guest rooms. If a guest's behavior disturbs other guests, additional charges may apply in accordance with the property's policies.
3. Property damage
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to rooms, linens, furniture, decorations, or other property facilities. Additional charges may apply for any damage incurred during the stay.
4. Personal belongings and vehicles
Adhoc Empresas is not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings, or for partial damage or total theft of guests' vehicles.
5. Lost and found
Items left behind in guest rooms will be kept for three business days. To recover a lost item, the owner must contact our team and provide valid identification. After this period, Adhoc Empresas will no longer be responsible for unclaimed belongings.
PAYMENT POLICY
Adhoc Empresas is a self-service accommodation with a centralized reservations team and a virtual check-in system.
When making a reservation through our website, you will be asked to provide your credit or debit card details as a guarantee for your booking.
Payment processing and deadlines depend on the cancellation policy selected at the time of booking.
Flexible Rate — Cancellation up to 1 day before arrival
The full reservation amount must be paid no later than one day before your arrival date. If payment is not received within the specified timeframe, your reservation may be canceled.
Non-Refundable Rate
The full reservation amount must be paid within 24 hours of booking. If payment is not received within this period, your reservation may be canceled.
Once our Reservations Team has processed and verified your payment, you will receive the instructions to access the property.
If your payment cannot be processed due to insufficient funds or any other issue with the card provided, we will ask you to provide an alternative payment method to secure your reservation.
