I picked this place due to its northernmost location close to a dive center and I stayed in a cabana. These are small individual bungalows just fitting a bed with a bit of an outdoor patio. They also have proper rooms there. For me, traveling alone, the cabana was perfect. There was a gym and due to low season, only few of the bungalows were occupied and thus it was super quiet. The whole Malecón can be walked by foot. Reception was really friendly and let me check in a little earlier.
