DO NOT STAY HERE. This was the worst hostel experience of my life. They light switch shocked me and my partner MULTIPLE times. They charged us an extra 100 pounds due to a booking issue on THEIR end. They took my towel from my room because it was white and thought it was theirs then when I asked for it back they couldn’t get me it because THEY GAVE IT TO ANOTHER GUEST. This was, without a doubt, the worst customer service experience I have ever experienced at a hostel in my life. DO NOT BOOK!!!

Our first night at Enrico Hotel was met with my wife getting bitten by bed bugs. The manager moved us out of the room, but I know they moved someone else in there the next day. If I could attach a picture I would. The remaining nights we slept with the lights on. So far no effort to compensate for the trouble and I have tried to get a refund through my credit card company
