Check-in Problem: I arrived 19:00, but the reception was closed. I called reception four times with no response. I waited in a hot hallway for over 40 minutes. A passing guest helped me get indoors. The location was perfect, not too far from the beach, the centre or the train. Security was good. Air conditioning in every room. A few problems however, it is advertised that there is a bar and terrace, there is no bar and only a few seats outside. My mattress was incredibly thin, to the point where I could feel the bed frame through it and had a very uncomfortable sleep. Only two toilet stalls per floor, and the toilet paper was frequently empty. Lights in the shower turn off constantly.
